1.) Google Sites:

This is a free service provided by Google to any one who has a Google account. Simply sign into the Sites here (Google's term for this tool) and you can create free websites.  The options have improved drastically over the years. This is actually a very easy way to make a modern stylish website.

2.) Weebly: 

This is a very easy way to make a website. Weebly’s wants to make it as easy as possible to make a free website. Simply login into Weebly (or create an account if you don't have one already) and choose from templates. Weebly offers everything you would need to get started on a basic website with all the modern features.

3.) Webs.com:

Another free and easy way to make a website. Sign into Webs.com here and get started with basic templates.

There are of course other ways to make a free website. Beware, however, that your viewer will know your site is free because your URL will include the name of your service provider. For example, if you use Weebly then your URL will look like this: 

http://yourname.weebly.com/ 

However, even though there are many ways of creating a free website, after all I'm not the only one who thinks free is actually not free. All of these service providers offer upgrade options so you can have your own full domain. However, there are better ways of upgrading and I don’t recommend using the options provided by Weebly and others. Why? Stay tuned and find out why paying for the upgrade options is not a good idea.
